Dietary fiber is a carbohydrate but cannot be digested by our body.
It helps in our digestion process.
There are soluble and insoluble fiber.
These fiber helps in maintaining our health.


   Insoluble Fiber

Functions of Insoluble Fiber

  • control and balance the pH (acidity) in the intestines
